MCDS Welcomes parents and students who desire a Christ-centered education.
The following procedures will be followed:
1. Complete an application for the school year, for which your child(ren) would be enrolled at MCDS. A registration fee of $75.00 per family ($100.00 after May 1) needs to accompany the application.

2. Arrange for an interview with the administrator and a Board representative. Parents of students who are enrolled in another school must provide a current report card. Parents who home-school must provide a progress report.
3. Schedule a Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (March and April). These assessments determine developmental readiness and are conducted in groups of 5-6 children. Kindergarten and home-schooled applicants who did not attend school previously must submit copies of a birth certificate, immunization record, and social security number to the office before the application process is complete.
4. Students entering grades 1-8 may be asked to take testing assessments in Reading and/or Math to determine readiness for a grade level.
5. Grade placement for incoming students will be determined by assessment examinations, current report cards, and possibly teacher recommendation. MCDS reserves the right to determine grade placement after reviewing all pertinent information.
